A 1950s desk lamp designed by Oscar Torlasco for Stilux, in brass, painted metal and marble. The lamp articulates at both the base and shade, which has a perforated insert on top, giving an uplight.
Oscar Torlasco (1934 - 2004) was an Italian designer and architect who is best known for the elegant and minimalistic lighting he designed during the middle of the 20th century.
In very good condition, this piece has been professionally rewired and PAT tested.
