A French hand-forged iron sunburst mirror dating from around 1960. The intricate ironwork combines scrolls and squiggles with radiating lines, giving the design a light, open quality despite its scale.

Retaining its original mirror plate and a natural patina to the iron, it is a striking decorative mirror with a strong sculptural presence.
