Carl Jaycock lives and works in Penzance. His artistic focus is on colour and the essence of place.  Jaycock obtained an MA in Fine Art from UCE and in 1999 studied Multimedia with Academic Theory via Lighthouse and Sussex University. After graduating he travelled and studied, living for a short time in Italy and Malaysia, which influenced his art practice.
